 The Steve Jobs Way:
    iLeadership for a
     New Generation

Jay Elliot (top right, with the beard) with Steve Jobs at Apple's conference room table in 1982

Many authors speculate on what might be going on within the walls of Apple, or guess at Steve Jobs’s secrets for success. But Jay Elliot doesn’t have to speculate. He was there.

As a former Senior Vice President at Apple, Jay was an integral part of the team that gave the world the Mac, the iPad, the iPhone and more. And as a member of Jobs’s inner circle, Jay has unique insights on the man’s leadership and management style.

Now, he’s sharing these insights in The Steve Jobs Way: iLeadership for a New Generation. In this presentation (based on his popular book), Jay explains Jobs’s management and leadership techniques — and how you can apply them to your work.

In this fast-paced, incisive video, you’ll discover:
  • How Jobs rebounded from failure to greater success
  • 4 keys to “evangelizing innovation”
  • Secrets to harnessing your team’s talent
  • The Jobs communication style
  • 2 secrets to keeping a “start-up mentality”
  • The power of “cool” — and how to achieve it
  • How you can become the next Steve Jobs
  • And much more!

From their chance meeting in a California restaurant to their wide-ranging late-night talk in Japan, Jay will reveal a side of Steve Jobs that reporters and low-level Apple employees claim to know, but can’t.
Find out how the Steve Jobs Way can be YOUR way too with The Steve Jobs Way: iLeadership for a New Generation.
