Leadership guru Tom Peters doesn’t like MBA degrees. He calls them “Masters of Paper Pushing” and suggests these other degrees, instead:
  1. Master of Fine Arts. First on the list, Peters says, because creativity rules the marketplace.

  2. Master of Metabolic Management. Held by people with raw, pure hustle, which Peters feels must be increased dramatically today.

  3. Master of Madness. Practiced by creative people who “screw around vigorously.”

  4. Master of Non-Masculine Leadership. Women’s skills are the perfect match for the leadership demands of the new economy.

  5. Doctor of Enthusiasm! The only doctorate that Peters would grant, because enthusiasm is the greatest trait of all.
