Preconceptions and prejudices make it hard to consider a problem objectively. Do you find yourself saying:

  • “This customer is always difficult, and here he goes again.”

“I don’t want Scott to head up this project. He’s not organized enough.”

“This problem is just like the one we faced last year, so let’s apply the same solution.”
