Sometimes you want an incoming email to scream, "Here I am!" In Outlook 2010 and later, you can do this with Conditional Formatting. From the View tab, click View Settings. In the middle of that dialog you’ll see Conditional Formatting. Select that, then the Add button (very important!). Now, name your "rule" and choose your formatting. You have many fonts and colors from which to choose, as well as sizes and types (bold, italic). The last step is essential! Click the Condition... button and select the sender for whom you’d like emails to show up in this font.
