Your personal brand is the qualities that make you … you. It’s your reputation and what sets you apart from others. To build a strong personal brand, focus on these three areas:

Competence. It’s often been said that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to become truly competent at something, so make sure you are putting in the time to become knowledgeable and good at what you do.

Character. Your character is who you are when no one else is watching. Make sure that you are honest and acting with integrity so that people believe they can trust you.

Commitment to lifelong learning. Never stop improving your knowledge, skills and understanding of yourself.
