The sedentary nature of many modern jobs can lead to feeling tired, and looking at a computer screen for long periods doesn’t help matters.
One option to consider is standing desks. After his team of 15 got standing desks about a year ago, Effective Coverage CEO Eric Narcisco noticed that people no longer turned to putting on a pot of coffee at 2 o’clock. “The energy that you maintain by standing is incredible,” he says.
