Reagan tapped for DOL Hall of Fame

The U.S. Department of Labor on March 1 named the newest honoree in its Labor Hall of Fame: former President Ronald Reagan.

His plaque doesn’t recognize any presidential acts—Reagan famously busted the Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization in 1981. Rather, he was inducted in honor of his leadership of the Screen Actors Guild from 1947 to 1960.
