Attracting, keeping talent is C-Suite’s biggest concern

Attracting and retaining top-notch employees ranks as the foremost concern not only among CEOs but also the rest of the C-Suite, including chief financial officers, according to a new report by the Conference Board business group.

Fear of broad economic decline are on the wane, but chief executives continue to worry about recruiting and keeping talent. It was their top concern when the Conference Board asked about hot-button issues they worry about.

Rounding out the list of top five concerns were dealing with disruptive technologies, leadership development, cash flow volatility and controlling the costs of employee health benefits.
