HR: Employers fail at elevating female leaders

While a majority of HR professionals (82%) believe that elevating women into leadership roles is a critical business issue, only about a quarter of those HR pros (28%) are satisfied with their organization’s ability to achieve that goal, according to a new Lee Hecht Harrison survey. The top behaviors that champion female talent: create opportunities to network informally, give females exposure to senior leaders and provide coaching and feedback to build their business acumen.
