Work is stressful enough. Don’t let the following problems make it even more so. Vow now to eliminate these major stress-causers from your life:

Clutter. It kills your efficiency. Take some time to organize your workspace, and keep it that way.

Chronic negativity. Constantly focusing on the bad makes you miserable. Try to find a silver lining.

Comparing yourself to everyone else. You are your own person with unique potential. Stop trying to measure up to someone else.

Guilt. Feel regret when you mess up, but focus on not repeating your mistakes, rather than letting guilt weigh on you.
