I have to input a huge amount of data onto spreadsheets each week, and my boss really hates it if something’s a little off. I double-check my numbers but I still sometimes mess one up, or get a formula wrong, or leave out a line. The task is very intimidating to me and I worry every week when I turn in those sheets.

One of my responsibilities is employee morale and team building events. My biggest worry is planning things that the majority of the facility is enjoying. We are a manufacturer so I have both office and production staff and everything we do is as a team; it is very challenging melding the two groups together. However just doing that is always a morale booster!

I agree with Mark – my biggest worry is that I won’t have enough time to get everything done.

Well, I also do buying on top of all my office manager type stuff I do. It’s very important that I not only forecast each week right, but carefully monitor if our needs change. If I screw up and our facility runs short on inventory, I’m in huge huge trouble. But more than that, I don’t want to let my boss down.

For me, it’s always a worry that I’m not going to get everything done during the week that needs to be done, and I’ll have to once again put in extra time on the weekend.
