Snapshot: Millennials most satisfied with pay

A recent survey by the Society for Human Resource Management found that 61% of employees consider compensation a “very important” contributor to job satisfaction.

Some age cohorts are more satisfied than others.

Millennials: 37%
Gen Xers: 20%
Baby boomers: 22%
