DOL near top of regulatory hit list

Only one federal agency earned more ire than the Department of Labor when President Trump asked business interests to weigh in with their ideas on where the government should cut regulations.

The Environmental Protection Agency received 79 comments from industry groups suggesting what it should stop doing, but the DOL came in second with 38. The most common complaint: A new rule requiring employers to report injury and illness records electronically so they can be easily posted on the web.
