Ctrl+K Insert hyperlinks in a snap with Ctrl+K. You can also edit an existing shortcut, or remove it with the same shortcut.

Ctrl+Shift+C/V Copy and paste just the formatting from one object to another using Ctrl+Shift+C followed by Ctrl+Shift+V. This can be used for text, shapes and even the shapes in a smart art diagram.

Shift+F5 Need to make a quick adjustment to a slide while presenting? Pressing Escape will put you in edit mode in PowerPoint. Make your correction and hit Shift+F5 to begin the slideshow from that slide.
