Do you need help talking to your employees? The just-launched email service, Lead Honestly, offers leaders advice for conducting meaningful one-on-one conversations with employees.

Here is a sample from one of the weekly emails, along with our take on why it’s important to ask:

What keeps you engaged? Do more of what’s motivating your people.

What is your largest frustration? Eliminate those frustrations when possible or, at least, better equip your people to manage them.

What is something you would like to try? This is a great opportunity to build employees’ skills and keep them excited about the work.

Who deserves more recognition? You can’t see everything, and people could be doing amazing work without your knowledge. Plus, peer recognition is extremely powerful.

Where may I help you? Find out what you can do to help employees realize their full potential—and show them how much you care about them.
