From whiteboards to custom graphics

You might have to go an extra click or two to access this cool little app inside your Google Drive account, but it’s worth doing. This app allows you to create all sorts of graphics. Whether you need a whiteboard for an online meeting, or want to create reusable graphics for presentations and documents. From Google Drive, click on the New button, and then hover over the More selection. Here, you’ll find Drawings.

The basics

You have three layout options for your Drawing space: 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10. Choose this based on how the Drawing file will be viewed or printed. You can also set a custom size. If your file will be shared or printed by others, test out best-fit options beforehand.

Toolbar basic tools
