More of your youngest employees probably live with their moms and dads than have a place of their own, according to a new study by the Pew Research Center.

The nonprofit found that 32.1% of today’s 18- to 34-year-olds live in their parents’ homes, compared to  31.6% who are married or co-habiting in their own household and 14% who live alone or are single parents.

Pew researchers speculate that the trend is mostly fueled by a “dramatic drop in the share of young Americans who are choosing to settle down romantically before age 35.”
