Keyboard shortcuts: Word–Back to the basics

This time-honored shortcut will get you to the very top of your document quickly. When you’re tired of scrolling, just use Ctrl+Home.

Sometimes the end really isn’t the end. While using the Ctrl+End shortcut is great for finding the absolute end of your document, it is also helpful when the end is farther down than you thought due to invisible characters.

Need to clear formatting on the whole document or copy and paste the contents of a document into another? The Ctrl+A shortcut takes everything: text, objects, links, the whole she-bang. Don’t forget to look for the Paste Options box after pasting.
