Ask 3 questions to streamline workload
You’ll be more efficient and productive if your efforts are focused on the right things, says leadership coach Tanveer Naseer. To streamline your workload, ask yourself these three questions.
1. What should I stop doing? Assess which tasks may be distracting or removing your focus from more meaningful work and eliminate them.
2. What should I keep doing? Make sure every initiative you undertake has a clear benefit or connection with the larger picture.
3. What should I do differently? Make changes to things you’re doing that aren’t achieving what you wanted them to. Run evaluative tests to learn how your organization can function more efficiently.
