Extroverts are outgoing go-getters. Help them capitalize on talents with these actions:

  • Stick to business. Extroverts like to chat. Remind them to stick to business or follow others’ lead.
  • Say “No.” Don’t let them stretch themselves too thin. Remind them burnout is a side effect of being over-extended.
  • Set boundaries. Extroverts can become overly friendly. Caution them not to overextend themselves.
