- What is the copy for?
- What is its purpose?
- What do we want to achieve by writing it?
- Who is going to read it?
- Why should the customer listen to us and buy the product/service?
Once you have done that, rewrite all of your answers into benefits for customers. For example, how will a particular feature improve the customers’ lives?
