Two recent surveys, one by Korn/Ferry International and another by BlueSteps.com, an online career-management service of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, found that only 3% of executives across a range of industries could completely cut themselves off from the office on vacation.
Most say they just can’t afford to unplug, even for a short break.
