Business incubator Les McKeown can help you spot leaders and help you become one.

McKeown, who has founded more than 40 companies, believes all of us have the potential to become a leader, if we are willing to do the small things that make big things possible.

He also believes there are things that leadership is not:

  1. Leadership isn’t about charisma. Let’s just say that charisma is fine. It’s wonderful. But it’s not required for leadership.
  2. Leadership isn’t about genius. Brilliant, smart and clever people do not necessarily qualify as leaders.
  3. Leadership isn’t about position. Anyone in any capacity can lead.
