To that end, the company has added a slew ofover the past year. Among them:
- Reimbursements for fitness expenses like gym memberships
- A peer recognition award program
- Team fitness competitions.
The company also adopted a “Results Only Work Environment” last year, allowing employees to work anytime from anywhere as long as they achieve their expected results.
In addition, Edmunds.com also allows employees the freedom—subject to certain requirements—to take as much paid time off as they want.
