Everyone knows Helen is the nicest, sweetest, most open-hearted person on your team. Whenever there's a worthy cause, she's the one who organizes your team's efforts to volunteer and contribute. Whenever there's a birthday or wedding or baby shower, Helen passes around the cards, collects money for the gifts, and organizes the break-room celebrations--complete with home-baked goodies.
You realize that all of Helen's efforts make your office a better place to work. But they do take up a lot of her time, and as your workload increases and your staffing levels decrease, it's starting to cause you concern. It's concerning other team members too--you've heard little comments about Helen not pulling her weight, or about how they're tired of her asking them for money.
