Use OneNote as a whiteboard for your next meeting. With your PC connected to a projector, create a new page or section to use as a whiteboard. Click on the Draw tab to access your drawing tools. You can use Select & Type to put text up, the Insert Shapes gallery to do flow diagrams and even use pen and highlighter tools to draw with your mouse, or your finger if you are using a touchscreen device.

If you’ve already created a OneNote for the meeting, now you can save the whiteboard in the same notebook.
