Q. My document won’t Spell Check anymore. I know there are errors. How can I fix this?

A. If you skipped spelling or grammar errors and now want to go back and correct them, you’ll need to reset Spell Check for your document. To do this, click on the File tab and choose Options (Office button, Word Options in 2007). Select the Proofing category on the left, then look on the right for “When correcting spelling and grammar in Word ….” You should see a Recheck Document button.  Confirm the next dialog box that you want to recheck previously ignored errors.
