When a group is working through lunch, keep energy levels up with the right menu:

• No knife or bib required. Avoid foods that splatter, or foods that require cutting, like bone-in chicken. Easy-to-handle menu items: sushi, pasta or green salad, salmon and pizza.

• Opt for efficiency. Food should be easy and an efficient source of energy. Fried chicken might lead to flagging energy levels, whereas Cobb salads will keep energy up.

• Offer an energy-boost to go. If there’s no time for a meal, put out a basket of energy bars or bottles of vitamin-packed juice for attendees to grab on their way out the door.
