Advice: If your company’s 401(k) or 403(b) investment portfolios have fallen, it may be time to give employees some extra education on investing. Some employees may be tempted to stop contributing altogether. Others may lack a clear understanding of how to allocate their investments. A seminar on basic finance may reduce stress levels and make employees more productive.
