You may not recognize the difference between satisfied employees and loyal employees. Satisfied employees are happy campers. They’re productive, content, fired up.

Loyal employees are all that plus more. They won’t even consider taking other jobs.
How do you win this kind of loyalty?

1. Consciously bestow appreciation. Real gratitude flows back to you when you obviously believe that somebody is doing a good job.

2. Reward actual results,
attaching value to experience, vision, commitment and performance. Anything less than meritocracy is considered favoritism. And for a productive employee on the wrong side of favoritism, there’s nothing deadlier to loyalty.
