Think you can’t give a top-notch speech on such short notice? You can if you take this approach:
  1. Pick a topic that you already know very well, and one that has a lot of meaning for you.

  2. Write an outline and flesh out each of its points with the remarks you will make. Presto! You’ll be well prepared to talk about something you know well. You can’t do better than that.
