Kevin Wagner, Paul McElhenny and Rick Williams are suing Gamesa/Fiberblade, a Spanish manufacturer of wind turbines, for allegedly replacing them with younger workers and those from Spain.

When it comes time to defend itself in court, Gamesa will no doubt cite the Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Award it received this summer from the American Rights at Work organization for its commitment to workers’ rights.

It will be up to the courts to determine whether the fired workers are fighting imaginary foes or real ones.
