Saflink Corp. in Tampa, Fla., now has voice-activated software called SaftyLatch that keeps your files scrambled until the computer hears your voice. All you need is Windows 95/98 with a sound card and a microphone. Cost starts at $60. Also available is a disk to decrypt your files if the hard drive fails, the voice card dies or you lose the microphone. The company claims the system is virtually impenetrable. Contact Saflink at (800) 762-9595 or www.saflink.com.
