Improve your day-to-day well being by knowing when to take a “longcut” versus a shortcut. Taking a longcut, as you might guess, means spending extra time on something. For example, instead of juggling e-mail and paperwork and a phone call, you could longcut by focusing only on the call. Why do it? Studies show that multitasking slows us down.
