Employees at SC Johnson’s campus in Racine, WI, can stay at a local hotel for just $20 when they have to work late.

Located between Chicago and Milwaukee, the campus attracts employees with long commutes, explains Jennifer Alia, the company’s work/life manager.

The organization has deals with three local hotels to offer discount rates. “All [employees] have to do is check into a hotel, pay $20 up front and SC Johnson covers the rest,” Alia says. The company doesn’t pay for room service.

Each year nearly 100 of the campus’ 2,800 employees use the program, which averages about four hotel stays per month.
