Steve Beigel, former creative director for Manhattan ad agency Dentsu Holdings, is suing the company over sexually offensive outings held on company trips.

Beigel says that Dentsu CEO Toyo Shigeta took him and another employee to a brothel in the Czech Republic and demanded they have sex with prostitutes. Shigeta allegedly said it was a customary way to close a deal. When they refused, the lawsuit claims, Shigeta became angry and called them “no fun.”

On another trip to Tokyo, Beigel claims Shigeta insisted he and two other employees climb naked into a bath with him. Beigel claims he confronted Shigeta in 2006 about the bathhouse incident. After that, Shigeta’s demeanor toward Beigel changed and he was fired.

Dentsu denied any wrongdoings, calling the allegations “outrageous.”
