Almost half of organizations that survey their employees ignore the feedback, says the latest study from Opinion Research Corp.

Advice: If you’re not going to act on the findings, don’t conduct the survey.

Employee surveys raise expectations. To get the most mileage from an employee survey, share the findings with employees to show that you care about their feedback. And create an action plan based on the results, so you’re committed to making employee-suggested improvements.
