I just finished recruiting new trainers for my awesome Chicago-based client, CTS Training. While reviewing résumés of folks who touted themselves as Microsoft® Word "experts," I decided to look “under the covers” to see if they really knew how to use it.

Many job hunters are asked to submit their resumes in Word format, rather than PDF or text. Excellent idea for choosing those most qualified! Remember most of the people now viewing your resume first probably knows how to use Word as well.
