We are a trade association and are trying to use our website to do more with our customers online.  One of the areas that we struggle with is trying to determine who is coming to our website and where they go once they arrive.  Is there an application that provides this type of information that is easy to use and affordable?   - Mark S

We have been working with an application called GetClicky ( ) that is very easy to setup and use while providing a lot of very useful tracking information on each visitor that comes to our site.  We can see where they came from, what search terms they used to get to our site, what pages they visited, how long they stayed on the site and many other items of interest.  We also use it to monitor traffic in real time so that we can throw up a chat window to engage with our customers while they are on our site.

The application is web based and they charge from $10-$50 per month, depending on the level of functionality you need.  It takes less than an hour to setup and a non-techie can do it.  You do have to add a few lines of html code to your site, but that is the hardest part.

If you have feedback on GetClicky or any other web analytics applications, please add a comment or leave a reply below.
