Christian Davis is a partner with the firm of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton First & Newby LLP in Philadelphia. Mr. Davis devotes the majority of his practice to defending workers’ compensation matters in state and federal court on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. Mr. Davis’ federal workers’ compensation practice involves defending cases brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Jones Act.
