OVERVIEW: Administrative and sales work that includes obtaining, servicing, and retaining accounts.  Solicits new business from those accounts.  Most contacts are by phone and are with clients, supervisors, other account representatives, and technical support staff.  Responsible for contributing to revenues.

OVERVIEW: Involves the review, investigation, and attempted settlement of claims against insurance companies for property and casualty loss or damages.  Main thrust is phone contact with claimants, attorneys, police officers, witnesses, health care workers, contractors, etc.  Likely required to do some field work.  Work is performed according to company policies and procedures, and industry standards.

OVERVIEW: Reviews insurance applications in order to evaluate, classify, and rate individuals and groups for insurance, and to recommend acceptance or rejection of applications.
