Why could this company not remember that they would not be where they are today if it had not been for people like Ms Parks. She is part of the reason that they are big today. Why could they not have remembered all of the years that she had given them , and at least offered her a different position for a few more years. She would have probably retired in a few years anyway. It would have saved them a lot of legal fees, and probably cost them less by keeping her on payroll than paying out all of those legal fees.<br/><br/>
