Stacey Mark chairs both the Labor and Employment Group and the Sustainable Practice Advisory Group at Ater Wynne LLP. She focuses her practice on developing strategies that enable employers to meet their legal obligations in ways that promote their overall business objectives. Stacey draws on her extensive experience in employer counseling and litigation and her commitment to sustainability to help clients formulate policies to attract and retain the best employees, increase worker satisfaction and productivity, comply with their legal obligations, and minimize risks associated with litigation. In addition to her work as an advisor, Stacey litigates employment-related claims in state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals.
