Paul D. Myrick has practiced labor and employment law in Mobile, Alabama for over 25 years.  Mr. Myrick represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employer counseling and training and representing employers in individual and class action litigation, administrative proceedings (EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, Wage-Hour Administration) and arbitration. 

He is an elected Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers for the United States, and he has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America in the area of labor and employment since 1991.  Mr. Myrick is a member of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section, and he is a past Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Alabama Bar.  He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.
