Ms. Craig’s experience as a Labor and Employment attorney has included proactive management and human resources guidance and counseling; preparation of policies and procedures for employers; drafting employment, severance, confidentiality and non-complete agreements for employers; and counseling employers on the proper classification of employees under FLSA. She has represented employers in administration procedures before state and federal agencies including the EEOC and Texas Commission on Human Rights.  She has defended claims involving covenants not to compete, trade secrets and non-solicitation agreements, breach of employment contracts and claims alleging retaliation under the Worker’s Compensation Act and discrimination under the American with Disabilities Act in both State and Federal court.
