Leslie Lanusse has experience in the representation of management in all phases of employee relations, including defense of claims of discrimination before the EEOC and the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights; FLSA and state compensation commissions; OSHA and Environmental whistleblowers; FMLA; Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; ERISA; wage and hour laws; assisting employers in drafting and seeking enforcement of employment contracts; and providing ongoing advice and counsel regarding employment issues, including the review, development and implementation of company policies and employee handbooks; and drafting and advising on implementation of affirmative action plans.  In the past twenty years, Ms. Lanusse’s experience includes litigation of employment discrimination lawsuits under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA in state and federal courts; litigation of FLSA claims; litigation of wrongful termination claims; appeals of unemployment compensation claims; litigation of whistleblower claims; and litigation of claims involving breach of employment contracts.
