We are committed to eliminating wrongful, unsafe and unethical conduct. It is against our company's best interest to have employees violate laws, policies, safety or ethical standards. This survey will allow us to maintain a trusting work environment and avoid unnecessary claims. The use of a survey of this type may prevent many unwelcome legal claims by employees.
