Best-Practices Leadership: Team management tips and fun team-building activities to boost team performance, collaboration and morale

Ask these questions before a launch

To help set (or check) your strategic direction, run through these fundamentals first:
  • What’s the opportunity?

  • What will we be known for?

  • What will our markets and product lines look like?

  • Who are our customers?

  • What does our brand stand for?

  • How will we be positioned in the marketplace?

  • What steps will get us there?
Once you’ve got those nailed down, ask these questions to help shape your business model:
  • How do we set our plans in motion?

  • How will we make money?

  • What channels should we use to find customers?

  • What products or services best fit those customers?

  • What’s the revenue mix?

  • Any partners or alliances?

  • How will we measure success: cash flow, customer surveys, market share?
