Weighing business school?

by on
in Career Management,Workplace Communication

Interview alumni who graduated from the program five to 10 years ago. (The school should provide names at your request.) Ask them if they’d make the same decision again. These individuals are in a better position to assess the value of their M.B.A. than recent grads, who might dwell on their starting salary.

Better yet, by contacting seasoned graduates at more senior levels, your networking can pay dividends in referrals or a new career—even if you decide to bypass the M.B.A.
