1. Set an example. Rowe can no longer run the obstacle course as fast as new recruits, but run it, he does. He shows that he can do what he asks of others.
2. Stay curious. If you keep asking questions, others will follow suit.
3. Do the right thing. No matter how busy you are, don’t cut corners where ethics are concerned.
